As an intern, you will receive challenging work that allows you to integrate classroom theory with industry practices. You will receive stimulating opportunities that extend beyond the classroom to business meetings, projects, and interactions with people at various levels within the organization.
Your manager will assist with your day-to-day interactions, projects and development.
We hire undergraduate and graduate students interested in obtaining hands-on experience in their field of study. You must be a full-time academic student in order to be considered.
In addition to your work responsibilities, we offer social and networking opportunities with all interns on board. One of our summer highlights involves providing interns with a real SHRM business case study which they are challenged to solve.
Available opportunities are posted on our website in the fall and spring. You can also find our postings on university websites in the Washington, D.C., metro area. We welcome all students meeting the qualifications. We do not provide housing or relocation assistance.
